I have been a client of Leon Phillips and Pacific Star from the company’s inception in 1998, with Pacific Star managing all of my super funds, life and income protection insurances. 

Pacific Star have always helped me keep abreast of all super and insurance developments over the years, tailoring the right solutions for myself as my family circumstances changed.

As a testimony to why I would recommend Leon and his team is that on December 2, 2014, disastrously my wife (not a client of Pacific Star) had a major motor vehicle accident resulting in a traumatic brain injury.

When the situation settled down and she was recovering in rehab, Leon and Monta assisted me in identifying my wife’s total and permanent disability insurance policy within her super fund (something I was unaware of). They also assisted me in navigating my way through the mountain of required paperwork to make a policy claim. The help they provided (which was outside of any non-client responsibility) enabled our family to receive the insurance policies financial support in the shortest time frame.

In a chaotic and busy time for our young family, Leon, Tracy and Monta stood up for us and I am very grateful for the care and consideration they showed.

My partner and I had reached a point where we needed to assess the best way to handle what savings and investments we had as well as consider planning for the future and retirement.
